6. No Broker Services, No Client Funds, and No Account Management
PipXpert does not operate as a broker, financial institution, investment firm, payment institution, fund manager, or fund recovery service.
PipXpert does not:
hold client funds;
accept trading deposits;
process withdrawals;
manage client trading accounts;
execute trades on behalf of users;
transmit orders on behalf of users;
control user trading accounts;
determine individual lot sizes;
provide individual account management;
guarantee broker execution;
or recover trading losses.
All trading activity takes place through the user’s own broker, trading platform, and account, under the user’s sole responsibility.
7. Trading Risk and User Responsibility
Forex, CFD, Gold, and leveraged trading involve a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all individuals.
Trading losses can occur. Depending on your broker, leverage, margin rules, account type, and market conditions, losses may be significant.
By using PipXpert, you understand and agree that you are fully responsible for:
whether to place any trade;
whether to follow, ignore, modify, or close any market alert;
broker selection;
account type;
leverage;
lot size;
position sizing;
risk-per-trade;
stop-loss placement;
take-profit management;
use of any automated tool;
monitoring open positions;
and all trading account activity.
You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
PipXpert does not assess whether any market alert, broker, leverage level, account type, trading product, software tool, or strategy is suitable for you.
8. Market Alerts and Trading Signals
PipXpert may publish trading-related alerts or signals that include market levels, entry areas, stop-loss zones, take-profit zones, technical analysis, macroeconomic context, or general market commentary.

PipXpert does not guarantee that any alert will be accurate, profitable, timely, suitable, or available at the same price level to all users.
Market conditions may change rapidly. Prices, spreads, liquidity, slippage, broker execution, time zone differences, server delays, platform settings, and user reaction time may affect whether a user can enter, manage, or exit a trade at the same levels shown in an alert.
Users remain solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use any alert.

11. Optional Software and Automation Tools
PipXpert may provide access to optional technical tools, software, or automation-related services, including but not limited to Telegram-to-MetaTrader tools or copier-related technology.
Any such tool is user-controlled and depends on the user’s own settings, broker conditions, device, internet connection, VPS/server stability, trading platform configuration, and risk parameters.
PipXpert does not guarantee:
uninterrupted software operation;
accurate execution;
successful order placement;
broker acceptance of orders;
prevention of slippage;
prevention of losses;
compatibility with every broker or account type;
or any trading outcome.
Users are responsible for configuring, monitoring, and managing any software or automation tool they choose to use.
PipXpert does not manage user accounts or execute trades on behalf of users. Any trades placed manually or through user-configured software are the sole responsibility of the user.
12. Third-Party Brokers, Platforms, and Services
PipXpert may provide general information about third-party brokers, trading platforms, tools, payment processors, software providers, or service providers.
Such information is provided for general convenience only and should not be interpreted as a recommendation, endorsement, financial promotion, or suitability assessment.
PipXpert does not control third-party services, including but not limited to:
broker spreads;
swaps;
commissions;
deposits;
withdrawals;
account approval;
KYC checks;
leverage;
execution speed;
slippage;
trading conditions;
platform downtime;
account restrictions;
or regulatory status in your jurisdiction.
Any relationship between you and a third-party broker or service provider is separate from PipXpert.
You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before opening or using any broker account, trading platform, or third-party service.
13. Partner Access and Sponsored Memberships
From time to time, PipXpert may offer access arrangements connected to third-party partners, brokers, or service providers.
Any partner-related information is provided for general informational purposes only. PipXpert does not recommend or assess the suitability of any broker, trading account, leverage level, trading product, or third-party provider.
Users are not required by PipXpert to place trades, maintain trading volume, deposit funds, or continue using any specific broker unless clearly stated in a separate partner-specific agreement and permitted by applicable law.
Any decision to open, fund, trade, maintain, or close a broker account is made independently by the user.
PipXpert may change, suspend, or discontinue partner-related offers at any time, subject to applicable law and any specific terms shown at the time of access.
14. Subscriptions, Payments, and Access
PipXpert may offer free access, paid subscriptions, one-time digital products, lifetime access plans, software access, Telegram channel access, educational content, or other digital services.
By purchasing a service, you agree to pay the applicable fees shown at checkout.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce payment integrations, or other payment processors. PipXpert does not store full payment card details.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping your payment details up to date.
Access to paid services may be granted through email, Telegram, user account, software license, download link, or another delivery method.
15. Auto-Renewal and Subscription Cancellation
Some PipXpert subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
By purchasing a subscription with auto-renewal, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the applicable renewal price and billing interval until the subscription is cancelled.
You may request cancellation by following the cancellation instructions provided at checkout, through your account, or by contacting PipXpert support at the official contact details listed on the website.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already processed, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in these Terms.
16. Refund Policy
PipXpert provides digital services, subscription access, Telegram channel access, educational materials, market alerts, and software-related services.
Due to the digital nature of these services, access may be considered delivered once the user receives access to the paid content, Telegram channel, software, digital files, or subscription area.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable once access to digital content, VIP channels, software, or subscription services has been granted.
Refund requests may be reviewed at PipXpert’s discretion and may be refused where:
access has already been delivered;
the user has joined a paid Telegram channel;
the user has downloaded or accessed digital content;
the user has used the service;
the request appears abusive, repetitive, or fraudulent;
the user has violated these Terms;
or the service was provided as described.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
17. Free Trials and Promotions
PipXpert may offer free trials, discounts, coupons, promotional pricing, or limited-time offers.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional pricing applies only for the stated promotional period and may renew at the standard price after the promotion ends.
If a free trial is offered, the user must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged, unless otherwise stated at the time of registration.
PipXpert reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or limit promotions at any time.
18. User Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details, Telegram access, software license, and any other credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account or access credentials.
You must notify PipXpert immediately if you believe your account, payment method, Telegram access, or credentials have been compromised.
PipXpert is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from your failure to secure your account, devices, passwords, or access credentials.
19. Intellectual Property
All content provided by PipXpert, including but not limited to signals, market alerts, analysis, text, designs, videos, guides, educational materials, software, branding, logos, graphics, website content, and Telegram content, is owned by or licensed to PipXpert unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, distribute, resell, publish, share, reproduce, scrape, transmit, or commercially exploit PipXpert content without written permission.
Sharing paid content, VIP signals, software access, or Telegram channel content with non-subscribers is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
20. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use PipXpert’s services for any unlawful, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
You must not:
use the services if prohibited by law in your jurisdiction;
impersonate PipXpert or any team member;
resell or redistribute paid content;
share VIP signals or private content publicly;
attempt to bypass payment or access controls;
use our brand name for misleading advertisements;
publish false claims about PipXpert;
engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, or platform manipulation;
attempt to reverse-engineer software;

PipXpert is not liable for interruptions, delays, downtime, data loss, Telegram restrictions, broker issues, platform failures, or third-party service disruptions.
22. Suspension and Termination
PipXpert may suspend, restrict, or terminate a user’s access to any service without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:
the user violated these Terms;
the user misused the service;
the user shared private or paid content;
the user engaged in fraud or abuse;
the user created legal, regulatory, operational, or reputational risk;
the user attempted to resell or redistribute content;
payment failed or was reversed;
the user initiated abusive disputes or chargebacks;
or continued access is no longer appropriate.

23. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you dispute a payment or initiate a chargeback, PipXpert may suspend access to the relevant services while the dispute is reviewed.
PipXpert reserves the right to provide evidence to payment processors, banks, or dispute platforms, including but not limited to:
order records;
subscription records;
access logs;
Telegram invitation records;
email delivery records;
customer communication;
terms acceptance records;
and proof of digital delivery.
Users should contact PipXpert support before initiating a payment dispute so that the matter can be reviewed.
24. Testimonials and User Feedback
PipXpert may publish testimonials, reviews, comments, or user feedback for transparency and marketing purposes.
Testimonials reflect individual user experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of profit, performance, accuracy, or future results.
Individual trading outcomes vary and depend on many factors, including broker conditions, account size, risk settings, lot size, leverage, execution, user decisions, and market conditions.
25. Regulatory and Jurisdictional Notice
PipXpert is operated by MVMARKETING LTD, a Cyprus-registered company.
PipXpert is not authorized by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and does not provide regulated broker services, investment advice, portfolio management, account management, or fund custody services.
Users are responsible for ensuring that accessing PipXpert’s content and services is lawful in their jurisdiction.
PipXpert may restrict, suspend, or refuse access to users in certain countries or regions if we believe such access may create legal, regulatory, operational, or platform risk.

26. Impersonation and Recovery Scams
PipXpert does not operate any fund recovery service and does not work with third-party recovery agents.
PipXpert will never ask users for:
bank login details;
wallet seed phrases;
private keys;
remote access to banking accounts;
payment to recover funds;
or payment to release funds held by PipXpert.
Because PipXpert does not hold client funds, any third party claiming that they can recover funds held by PipXpert is making a false or misleading claim.
Users should read our Impersonation & Recovery Scam Warning and only communicate through official PipXpert channels listed on our website.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PipXpert, MVMARKETING LTD, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or financial losses arising from or related to:
use of or reliance on PipXpert content;
trading decisions;
market alerts or signals;
trading losses;
broker issues;
software or copier issues;
platform downtime;
delayed alerts;
slippage;
user configuration errors;
payment provider issues;
Telegram access issues;
third-party services;
or inability to access the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
28. No Warranty
PipXpert’s services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
PipXpert makes no warranty that:
the services will be uninterrupted;
content will always be accurate or complete;
signals will be profitable;
alerts will be received on time;
software will operate without error;
third-party platforms will remain available;
or any specific outcome will be achieved.
29. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PipXpert, MVMARKETING LTD, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
your use of the services;
your trading activity;
your violation of these Terms;
your misuse of PipXpert content;
your violation of applicable law;
your relationship with any broker or third-party provider;
your sharing or redistribution of paid content;
or your unauthorized use of PipXpert’s name, brand, content, or services.
30. Force Majeure
PipXpert shall not be liable for any delay, failure, interruption, or inability to provide services caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
market disruptions;
internet outages;
hosting issues;
payment provider restrictions;
Telegram restrictions;
broker platform outages;
cyber incidents;
legal or regulatory reviews;
government actions;
war;
geopolitical events;
natural disasters;
strikes;
technical failures;
or third-party service disruptions.
31. Changes to These Terms
PipXpert may update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of PipXpert after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the services.
32. Governing Law
