Affiliate Compliance Policy

This Affiliate Compliance Policy applies to all individuals, companies, creators, marketers, communities, websites, social media pages, Telegram channels, advertising partners, and any other third parties who apply to join or participate in the PipXpert Affiliate Program.

PipXpert is operated by MVMARKETING LTD, a company registered in Cyprus.

By applying to or participating in the PipXpert Affiliate Program, you agree to follow this Affiliate Compliance Policy, the PipXpert Terms & Conditions, Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, Regulatory Notice, and any additional affiliate terms provided to you.

1. Purpose of This Policy

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all PipXpert affiliates promote our services responsibly, honestly, lawfully, and in a way that protects users, the PipXpert brand, and the wider trading community.

PipXpert provides educational market analysis, trading-related alerts, historical signal records, educational resources, customer support, and related tools.

Affiliates must represent PipXpert accurately and must not make misleading claims about trading results, profits, guarantees, regulation, broker status, or financial outcomes.

2. No Financial Advice

Affiliates must not provide personalised financial advice, investment advice, portfolio management, broker advice, account management, or trading recommendations on behalf of PipXpert.

Affiliates must not tell users:

  • which trade to place

  • what lot size to use

  • how much money to deposit

  • which broker account type to choose

  • whether a trade is suitable for them

  • whether they will profit from PipXpert

  • or whether PipXpert can help them recover losses.

Affiliates may only promote PipXpert as an educational market analysis and trading-related alerts platform.

3. No Profit Guarantees or Misleading Performance Claims

Affiliates must not claim, suggest, or imply that PipXpert guarantees:

  • profits

  • trading success

  • income

  • account growth

  • fixed returns

  • win rates

  • risk-free trading

  • guaranteed signal accuracy

  • consistent earnings

  • recovery of losses

  • or any specific financial outcome.

Affiliates must not use phrases such as:

  • “guaranteed profits”

  • “risk-free income”

  • “make money with PipXpert”

  • “copy and earn”

  • “sure wins”

  • “guaranteed win rate”

  • “double your account”

  • “pass any prop firm challenge”

  • “no experience needed to profit”

  • “PipXpert will make you profitable”

  • or similar claims.

Historical results, signal summaries, screenshots, testimonials, or past examples must not be presented as a guarantee of future performance.

4. Accurate Description of PipXpert

Affiliates may describe PipXpert as a platform that provides:

  • Forex and Gold market alerts

  • trading-related signals

  • educational market analysis

  • market commentary

  • historical signal records

  • educational resources

  • customer support

  • optional user-controlled tools.

Affiliates must not describe PipXpert as:

  • a broker

  • an investment firm

  • a financial advisor

  • an account manager

  • a fund manager

  • a payment institution

  • a fund recovery service

  • a guaranteed-profit system

  • or a regulated investment provider unless specifically confirmed in writing by PipXpert.

5. Risk Disclosures

Affiliates must include clear risk context when promoting PipXpert, especially when discussing trading, signals, Forex, Gold, CFDs, leverage, or historical results.

Recommended disclosure:

“Trading involves risk. PipXpert provides educational market analysis and trading-related alerts only. Past performance does not guarantee future results.”

Where space is limited, affiliates may use:

“Trading involves risk. No guaranteed results.”

Risk disclosures must be visible, clear, and not hidden in unreadable text, tiny font, or unrelated pages.

6. Responsible Promotion Standards

Affiliates must promote PipXpert in a fair, honest, clear, and responsible way.

Affiliates must not:

  • use spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or aggressive direct messaging

  • use fake testimonials or edited proof

  • use misleading screenshots

  • impersonate PipXpert or PipXpert team members

  • create fake official pages or fake support accounts

  • claim to be an employee, broker, analyst, or official representative unless authorised in writing

  • use pressure tactics, fear, or unrealistic urgency

  • target vulnerable users

  • target minors

  • target users in jurisdictions where promotion may be restricted

  • publish false claims about PipXpert

  • promote recovery services using the PipXpert name

  • misrepresent commissions, pricing, plans, refunds, or access terms

  • claim that PipXpert holds client funds or can release client funds

  • use misleading regulatory claims.

7. Jurisdiction and Local Law

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activity complies with the laws, regulations, advertising rules, and platform rules applicable in their location and in the location of their audience.

Affiliates must not promote PipXpert in any jurisdiction where such promotion may be unlawful, restricted, or require authorisation that the affiliate does not hold.

PipXpert may restrict, suspend, or remove affiliates based on jurisdictional, regulatory, platform, or reputational risk.

8. Use of FCA, Regulation, and Warning-Related Content

Affiliates must not make false or misleading statements about regulatory status.

Affiliates must not claim that PipXpert is authorised, approved, regulated, endorsed, verified, or supervised by the FCA or any other regulator unless PipXpert has confirmed this in writing.

Affiliates must not use regulatory warnings, regulator names, or compliance topics in a misleading way to promote unrelated services, recovery services, fear-based content, or false claims.

Affiliates must not suggest that PipXpert holds client money, processes withdrawals, or can release funds.

9. Prohibited Recovery-Related Promotion

PipXpert does not operate any fund recovery service and does not work with recovery agents.

Affiliates must not:

  • offer fund recovery services using the PipXpert name

  • claim they can recover losses from PipXpert

  • claim they can recover funds held by PipXpert

  • claim PipXpert has authorised any recovery agent

  • ask users for upfront recovery fees

  • ask users for wallet seed phrases, private keys, bank logins, broker passwords, or remote access

  • publish recovery-scam content using the PipXpert name.

Any affiliate engaging in recovery-related misuse may be removed immediately and may lose eligibility for unpaid commissions.

10. Approved Marketing Materials

PipXpert may provide approved marketing materials, links, descriptions, banners, landing pages, or example promotional wording.

Affiliates should use approved materials where available.

Affiliates must not alter approved materials in a way that creates misleading claims, removes risk disclosures, or changes the meaning of PipXpert’s services.

PipXpert may request that an affiliate edits, removes, or corrects promotional content at any time.

11. Advertising Platforms and Social Media

Affiliates are responsible for following the rules of any platform they use, including but not limited to:

  • Google

  • Meta / Facebook / Instagram

  • TikTok

  • YouTube

  • X / Twitter

  • Telegram

  • WhatsApp

  • Snapchat

  • Reddit

  • Discord

  • email marketing platforms

  • advertising networks.

Affiliates must not use misleading ads, fake landing pages, fake reviews, false claims, or restricted targeting methods.

If an advertising platform requires disclaimers, risk warnings, authorisation, or approval, the affiliate is responsible for complying with those requirements.

12. Email, Messaging, and Direct Outreach

Affiliates must not promote PipXpert through spam, unlawful email marketing, purchased email lists, mass unsolicited Telegram or WhatsApp messages, or misleading direct outreach.

Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable email marketing, privacy, anti-spam, and data protection laws.

Affiliates must not collect or process personal data in connection with PipXpert promotion unless they have a lawful basis and comply with applicable privacy laws.

13. Testimonials, Reviews, and Screenshots

Affiliates must not create fake testimonials, fake reviews, fake screenshots, or edited proof.

Affiliates may not use user testimonials or performance screenshots in a way that suggests guaranteed results, typical results, or risk-free trading.

Any testimonial or review used by an affiliate must be truthful, not misleading, and presented with appropriate risk context.

14. Brand Use

Affiliates may use the PipXpert name, logo, and approved materials only for legitimate promotion of PipXpert and only while they remain approved affiliates.

Affiliates must not:

  • register domains that imitate PipXpert

  • create fake official PipXpert websites

  • use PipXpert branding for unrelated services

  • pretend to be PipXpert support

  • create social media profiles that appear to be official PipXpert accounts

  • bid on misleading search terms in a way that confuses users

  • damage the PipXpert brand.

PipXpert may require affiliates to remove or change any use of the brand at any time.

15. Commission Eligibility

Commission eligibility is subject to:

  • affiliate approval

  • valid tracking

  • successful payment by the referred user

  • no refund, chargeback, fraud, or abuse

  • compliance with this policy

  • compliance with any affiliate terms

  • and PipXpert’s internal review.

PipXpert may withhold, reduce, cancel, or reverse commissions where:

  • the referral is fraudulent

  • the transaction is refunded

  • the transaction is charged back

  • the affiliate used misleading or prohibited promotion

  • the affiliate violated this policy

  • the affiliate targeted restricted jurisdictions

  • the affiliate created legal, regulatory, operational, or reputational risk.

16. Monitoring and Review

PipXpert may review affiliate activity, promotional content, referral sources, websites, ads, social media pages, Telegram channels, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.

Affiliates agree to provide copies, screenshots, links, or explanations of promotional activity if requested.

Failure to cooperate with a compliance review may result in suspension or removal from the affiliate program.

17. Suspension or Removal

PipXpert may suspend or remove an affiliate at any time if we believe the affiliate has:

  • violated this policy

  • used misleading claims

  • created regulatory risk

  • created reputational risk

  • generated fraudulent or abusive traffic

  • misused the PipXpert brand

  • failed to cooperate with compliance requests

  • or acted in a way that may harm users, PipXpert, MVMARKETING LTD, or third parties.

Removal from the affiliate program may result in loss of access to affiliate links, tracking, future commissions, and unpaid commissions where permitted by applicable law and the affiliate terms.

18. Updates to This Policy

PipXpert may update this Affiliate Compliance Policy at any time.

Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the latest version and ensuring continued compliance.

Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are published means the affiliate accepts the updated policy.
